Sports & Leisure with Hair Extentions

You can participate in any sport or activity as long as you tie your hair extensions in a bun or braid in order to prevent the possible risk of tangling. For the following sports and activities, such as swimming, jogging, biking or boating, take note that chlorine or sea water is extremely dehydrating, but not forbidden for hair extensions. So if you swim in the sea or pool, apply a hair oil or serum and do not forget to wash your extensions on the same day.

Can i sleep with my extentions?

Accepted Answer

Brush your hair extensions right before you go to bed. We advise you to tie up in a bun or braid as well.

How to choose the right colour?

Accepted Answer

Go according to the color that is closest to the tip of your hair. You will notice that this color is the one that is in contact with your extensions oppose to your roots. Still uncertain? We're here to help! Simply send a photo of yourself and we will be happy to provide you with a consultation.

How to wash my extentions?

Accepted Answer

Always brush and detangle hair extensions dry before washing. Wash your hair extensions carefully always keeping your head straight. Gently massage the scalp and the attachment points of the root to the tips but never in reverse. Use a mild moisturizing shampoo without sulfate or phosphate. We strongly recommend the shampoo repair, the Moroccan oil range as usual shampoos are inappropriate especially when they contain silicone and other `aggressive detergent assècherais your extensions prematurely. We recommend applying a mask (Moroccan oil Hydrating). Rinse your hair always keeping your head straight. Wash your extensions at least once a week and every three days if you have oily hair. If you go to a salon, make sure you follow the steps mentioned above.

How to dry your Extentions?

NEVER BRUSH, COMB OR UNRAVEL WET HAIR. Soak your wet hair extensions gently with a towel. Allow your extensions to dry about 80% before styling with comb/brush.

How to brush or comb your hair extentions?

Accepted Answer

Brush gently from the bottom up, taking your hair. If you feel a root node, gently separate extensions. Do not pass the brush or comb attachment points. Do not pull too hard when you feel resistance to brushing because the pressure can get hair extensions or worse pull your root if hair extension resists. It is also important not to scratch too hard at the root not to break or damage your hair extensions.

Can I colour/cut/straighten, curl etc. my bundles?"

Yes! Our hair is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in anyway. You can colour the hair, straighten/curl. Be sure to keep colour treated hair conditioned and moisturized and be careful when doing any treatments/procedures without the help of a professional.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Accepted Answer

All orders have a processing time of 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Depending on the method of shipping chosen at check out, your shipping time will be in addition to the processing time.

When will I recieve a tracking number?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It will update you on the progress of your shipment.

Forget Me Not Hair Company is not responsible for any delay, lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once an order has been processed and shipped customers will be provided with a tracking number. Under rare circumstances if you experience anything of this sort, please contact us at info@Forgetmenothaircompany.com and we will try our best to resolve the issue by contacting the postal agency on behalf of the customers.
